Meet the Tutor

I have been tutoring for over six years, beginning my journey with Pear Deck Tutoring (formerly TutorMe), where I still work today. I graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a concentration in secondary education and later earned my MBA from Wayne State University in 2015 and 2019, respectively. My background in both education and business has allowed me to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I apply to help students succeed. Throughout my tutoring career, I have worked with over 500 students, guiding them toward their academic goals. I understand that traditional schooling isn’t for everyone and that each student learns at their own pace. That’s why I tailor my approach to fit each individual’s unique needs, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their abilities. My goal is to make learning fun, engaging, and accessible, breaking down complex concepts into manageable and relatable lessons. I believe that education should be a positive and empowering experience. Some students require a little extra guidance and encouragement, and I take the time to provide that with patience, professionalism, and sincerity. Seeing my students grow, gain confidence, and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of what I do.
